ApplyBtn v1.1.0: Multilingual Job Description Detection and Form Autofill
ApplyBtn v1.1.0 adds multilingual job description detection and application form autofill across 12 supported languages, helping candidates apply more easily on international and local job sites.
Starting with v1.1.0, ApplyBtn now supports multilingual job description detection and form autofill.
Until now, most testing has been done in English, but the same detection and autofill flow also works in other supported languages. This update expands ApplyBtn's ability to recognize job-related content and assist with applications across more international job pages.
What's New in v1.1.0
ApplyBtn can now work with job descriptions and application forms in these languages:
- English
- Spanish
- Dutch
- German
- French
- Italian
- Swedish
- Norwegian
- Danish
- Portuguese
- Turkish
- Polish
This means ApplyBtn can better detect job pages and help autofill application forms not only in English, but also across a broader range of European-language job sites.
Why This Matters
Job applications do not happen only in English. Many candidates apply through local company websites, regional job boards, and application systems that use other languages. Supporting only English creates a clear limitation for users who apply internationally or in their local market.
With v1.1.0, ApplyBtn becomes more useful for:
- people applying in their native language
- expats applying in local markets
- multilingual candidates using different job boards
- anyone switching between international and local job sites
What Is Supported
This update focuses on two core parts of the product:
- Job description detection
- Application form autofill
In practice, that means ApplyBtn can recognize job-related content and interact with application forms in supported languages using the same overall flow as in English.
A Note on Testing
So far, English has been tested the most. The other supported languages follow the same product flow and are supported as well, but real-world coverage and edge cases will continue to improve over time as usage expands.
Building Toward Broader Support
This is an important step toward making ApplyBtn more useful on a wider range of job pages across different countries and languages. The goal is simple: help people spend less time rewriting applications manually, no matter which language the job page uses.
