ApplyBtn provides tools for assisting with job applications, including AI-generated content, CV processing, and form autofill.

The service is provided for informational and productivity purposes only.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate information

You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

• Some features require payment.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record.
• See our Refund Policy below for details on refunds.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Abuse, scrape, or reverse engineer the service
• Attempt to bypass usage limits
• Interfere with system security

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ApplyBtn uses artificial intelligence to generate content.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Suitability for any purpose

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Lost opportunities
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on generated content

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law rules.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Refund Policy

ApplyBtn sells digital credits used for AI-powered services. Access to digital services begins immediately after purchase.

If no credits have been used, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Once credits have been partially or fully used, refunds are generally not available due to the immediate delivery of digital services.

By completing a purchase, the user expressly requests immediate access to digital content and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal is waived once the digital service has begun.

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are processed through Dodo Payments.
