When you choose to report that a page was incorrectly detected as a job application form, we may collect limited information such as the domain name and relevant page context necessary to improve detection accuracy. This information is used solely to enhance job description and form detection functionality and is not used for advertising or unrelated profiling purposes.

We do not collect full browsing history, passwords, or unrelated website activity.
For the Chrome extension, page content (including job descriptions and application forms) is analyzed locally to detect relevant job application elements. Page content is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use a feature that requires processing (such as generating tailored answers).

ApplyBtn scans webpage content locally to detect job-related pages such as job descriptions or application forms. On non-job-related websites, the extension runs silently and does not collect or transmit data. The ApplyBtn interface appears only when a job application form is detected. Page content is transmitted to our servers only when you explicitly click an action such as autofill or AI-assisted generation.

5. Chrome Extension Permissions

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Dodo Payments processes payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
